The Leopard Law Firm Index formula is updated twice weekly to monitor the comprehensive health and stability of legal practices. This ranking system evaluates firms based on such metrics as financial health measured by revenue per lawyer over five years and institutional stability, including average attorney tenure and the recruitment of entry-level talent.
The Index also tracks success in lateral recruiting, general attorney retention and promotional tracks for new partners while also placing a significant emphasis on firm diversity through the percentage of women partners.
