Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare documents by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, printing and transmitting text, data and graphics using office software applications.
- A knowledge and appreciation of the legal processes that facilitate the accurate preparation of client documents and responding to filing or closing deadlines.
- Prepare and coordinate e-filings in state and federal courts.

- Obtain, review and analyze documents or any other relevant information
- Review and summarize medical records
- Prepare for trial by preparing trial notebooks, exhibits and witness files
- Compile evidence and supporting information by searching records, discovery documents, transcripts, libraries and databases
- Generate status reports, logs and indexes
- Maintain acceptable minimum monthly billable hours
Summer Associate Program
Our Summer Associate Program is designed to provide law students with a meaningful and authentic glimpse into life at a busy defense firm. From day one, students will work directly with partners and associates, gaining substantial legal experience and contributing to real casework that makes a difference. Students may join us for the first half, the second half, or the full summer.
