Sean Fitzgerald

Sean Fitzgerald’s colleagues and clients know him as a thorough, practical thinker. As an attorney, Sean quickly learned that a business-centered approach is what served his clients best. Keeping his focus on their best interests, Sean crafts creative solutions that mitigate risk and bring their most pressing issues to a swift resolution.

With a strong background in commercial litigation and transactions, Sean primarily handles matters related to the Defense Base Act, business formation and transactions, and business litigation. Before joining the team at SBSB, he worked extensively in intellectual property law.

A native of the Chicago suburbs, Sean attended Chicago-Kent College of Law after graduating from Augustana College, where he studied Biology in addition to playing NCAA football. Outside of the office, Sean enjoys cheering on the Bears, White Sox, and spending time outdoors.
