Olivia Baginski is an associate in SBSB’s Chicago office. Prior to joining the firm in September 2025 as a member of its Defense Base Act group, she practiced at a boutique civil litigation firm and handled cases across a wide array of practice areas ranging from construction law and employment law to estate planning and personal injury law. While in law school at Seattle University School of Law, she served as a legal extern at the Ronald A. Peterson Trademark Clinic and was selected for publication in the Seattle Journal for Social Justice.

A native of Plainfield, Illinois, Olivia earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Research and English Literature from the University of Illinois at Chicago as an undergraduate. Following graduation, she moved to Seattle to pursue and earn her Juris Doctorate.

Olivia is admitted to the Illinois State Bar Association and the Washington State Bar Association. She is a member of the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois, sits on the executive board of the Civil Litigation Committee and is a committee member of Chicago Women in Intellectual Property. When away from her practice, she enjoys hiking, whale watching and mentoring future attorneys.
