In his years of experience, Dave Hanson has discovered that he derives more enjoyment from achieving a good result for a client than almost anything else. He just enjoys the work. Whether it’s doing the research into applicable case law or strategizing how best to defend his client, he finds it, for lack of a better word, fun. And that enjoyment level is increased when his client gets a favorable result.

When Dave has a worker’s compensation case with exposure of $1 million and he is able to achieve a reward of $20,000 or less, he looks back on all the work that went into the case, and the good outcome for his client makes it all worth it to him.

Dave is very detail oriented and enjoys – even excels at – the research, investigation and deposition aspects of each case. The fact that he can find enjoyment in every phase of the work to building a case, and then achieve the results he does for his clients, makes Dave a unique asset and partner to his clients.

In his personal life, as Dave became more established in his career and raising a family, he was finding less time to pursue his love of sports. His solution was to enter a half Iron Man competition. Having never participated in a triathlon before, the focus and daily training required were right up his alley. Once again, the hard work that he put into preparing led to a great payoff in his ability to get the result he wanted.
