Colleen Muldowney is an associate in SBSB’s Chicago office and is a member of the firm’s Defense Base Act practice group. Prior to joining the firm in October 2025, she gained experience across multiple roles in the Chicago area, including time as an extern in the Circuit Court of Cook County and as a law clerk for a personal injury defense firm.
A native of Richmond, Virginia, Colleen attended Virginia Tech as an undergraduate and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2022. She would go on to attend Loyola University Chicago School of Law and served as a student clinician for the school’s Legislation and Policy Clinic before earning her Juris Doctorate in 2025.
Colleen is admitted to the Illinois State Bar Association and relies on her advocacy skills when working with clients.
