Cang Nguyen

Cang Nguyen is an associate in SBSB’s Houston office who serves as a member of the firm’s Defense Base Act practice group. Prior to joining the firm in June 2025, he spent more than five years with the United States Small Business Administration, first serving as a General Attorney for the organization before moving into a role as an Administrative Wage Garnishment Appeal Hearing Official.

Cang spent the entirety of his academic career in Houston, first earning a Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston in 2015 before moving on to earn his Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law in 2019.

Cang is admitted to the State Bar of Texas and is fluent in Vietnamese. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling and prefers to unwind by watching movies and playing video games.
