Angelina Cao is an associate in SBSB’s Houston office. Before joining the firm in June 2025 to handle Defense Base Act cases, she interned with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Oklahoma and participated with the Buck Colbert Franklin Legal Clinic as a licensed legal intern.
A Houston native, Angelina earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Baylor University in Waco in 2021. From there, she pursued and earned her Juris Doctorate from The University of Tulsa College of Law to become the first attorney in her family.
Angelina is admitted to the State Bar of Texas. When away from her practice, she enjoys reading, traveling and connecting with her loved ones.
