Sam Higgs achieves ideal outcomes by implementing his broad knowledge from many different experiences. No stranger to hard work, he spent many of his teenage summers working on construction jobsites. After many years spent learning about the industry, he founded his own construction subcontracting company which consisted of five employees. Continuing to pursue this entrepreneurial spirit, he co-founded and worked on the Board of Directors of a Delaware start-up while pursuing his J.D. and M.B.A. at Texas Tech University.

In addition to his work ethic, Sam prides himself on his ability to efficiently achieve his results. His passion for technological innovation allows him to employ more efficient methods in most all the work that he engages in – cutting back the time spent on mundane and repetitive tasks – thus allowing him to spend more time on the matters that are most important to clients.

Sam’s work ethic coupled with his efficiency is precisely what allows him to serve the best interests of his clients on a daily basis. When Sam is not working on a case, you are likely to find him spending time with his wife or out fishing.
