Marcella Lovo has a unique ability to connect with her clients. You could say she has specific training and skills that allow her to do so. Her master’s degree in French studies (she is also fluent in Italian and Spanish) and double bachelor’s degree in psychology and language provide her with a framework to relate to and understand her clients, from the basics of communication to the analytical.
Marcella not only communicates clearly and effectively with the parties involved in a case, but she can also dive deeper into the underlying issues, truly making her a worthy addition to any legal team. Her psychology degree comes in especially handy when psychological injuries are being alleged.
Early in her law career, as a student attorney at the Disability Rights Law Clinic for her law school, American University Washington College of Law, Marcella developed and furthered her interest in both personal injury as well as medical malpractice. This clinical experience exposed her to medical issues and their legal consequences impacting our community now – additional knowledge she is able to apply to great effect for her clients at SBSB.
