Hunter Roser is an associate based in SBSB’s New Orleans office with previous experience in complex financial and securities litigation, including RICO and usury claims. A member of the firm since November 2023, he now serves as an integral part of the Defense Base Act practice group. In addition to his financial litigation experience, he also has a keen knowledge of FINRA and SEC regulations.

A graduate of Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs as an undergrad, Hunter moved to Florida and earned his law degree from Ave Maria School of Law in 2023 before joining SBSB in its Boca Raton office. As a young attorney, he brings a fresh perspective to his work, keeping the client at the center of his efforts and tirelessly searching for innovative solutions to their issues.

Hunter is admitted to the Louisiana State Bar Association and The Florida Bar, and he is an advisory board member of Fostering Success, a non-profit organization based in Naples, Florida with a mission to educate and enrich foster children. A former foster child himself, his commitment to the organization is only matched by the dedication to his professional craft.
