Allison Toliver

Allison Toliver is an associate in SBSB’s Houston office. Born and raised in the city, she joined the firm in June 2025 as a member of its expansive Defense Base Act practice group.

As an undergraduate, Allison attended Howard University in Washington, D.C., earning a Bachelor of Arts degree upon graduation. Following this, she trekked across the country and attended Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, where she graduated from the school’s SCALE program, a two-year accelerated J.D. curriculum. While in law school, she took part in the Street Law Clinic, where she taught various areas of the law to high school students. In addition to her outreach, she served as a teaching assistant for her Evidence and Criminal Law courses.

Allison is admitted to the State Bar of Texas. When she is away from her practice, she enjoys further exploring everything Houston has to offer, including its rich food and art scenes.
