Doug McCullough is an attorney in the firm’s Houston office. Doug focus his practice on domestic and international business transactions as well as taxation. Doug has fifteen years of experience representing clients in a range of sizes from startups to mid-market and publicly traded corporations. These companies operate worldwide in the following key industries: energy, oilfield and offshore services, logistics, maritime, industrial, engineering, manufacturing, environmental and defense.
Doug earned his Bachelor of Arts at Indiana University in 1995 as well as his Juris Doctorate at Texas Tech University School of Law in 1998 and his Masters of Law (LLM) in Taxation at Southern Methodist University school of law in 1999. Doug is admitted to the practice in the State of Texas since 1998.
Doug is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and an advisory board member for both Global Energy Safety Institute and Lasco Enterprises. Doug is an active member with Marine Technology Society, Society of Underwater Technology and Association for Corporate Growth. He is also the co-founder and Executive Director of Texas Young Professionals.
