Christopher Reinkall is a Partner in the Chicago office, focusing in litigation defense throughout Illinois and Wisconsin. His practice includes general liability, construction, employment, professional negligence and transportation claims. Christopher also has vast experience in medical malpractice, nursing care and protecting not-for-profit corporations assisting minors and adults with developmental disabilities. Christopher has defended numerous catastrophic injury, wrongful death claims and sexual assault cases.
Christopher has successfully litigated several cases in state and federal courts and has handled all aspects of litigation, including trial and appeals. He is licensed in Illinois and Wisconsin and is admitted to the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois, the Central District of Illinois, the Western District of Wisconsin and the Central District of Pennsylvania.
Christopher is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell®, which indicates an assessment of the highest professional and ethical standards a lawyer can receive. He is a member of the Chicago and Wisconsin Bar Associations. He has also served on the Defense Research Institutes Lawyer’s Professionalism and Ethics Committee.
Prior to practicing law, Christopher was a teacher for the Chicago Public School System and clerked at the Office of the Illinois Attorney General. Additionally, he performed research and analysis for the publication Genetic Testing in the Workplace: 2001 Update for the American Bar Association Section of Labor and Employment Law; Committee on Employment Rights and Responsibilities.
